Incident history
No incidents recorded since launch. When something does go wrong, it will be written here with what happened, how long it lasted and what we changed — not quietly removed.
What we monitor
- Application — the site and the logged-in app respond.
- Database — reads and writes against our Cloudflare D1 database succeed.
- Document storage — generated PDFs can be written to and read from R2.
- Payments — the Stripe API is reachable.
- Mail fulfillment — the print-and-mail vendor accepts new letters.
An automated check runs every 10 minutes and alerts us if it fails twice in a row.
